What Exactly Is Bus 4105?
It’s a Gyeonggi jikhaeng jwaseok beoseu (express seated bus) — the red ones. The route begins at Yangji Pine Resort in Cheoin-gu, Yongin, winds through Yongin city (Yurim-dong, Dunjeon, Pogok), passes Everland, hops on the expressway at Maseong IC, exits at Banpo IC, cuts through Hannam and Itaewon, slips through Namsan Tunnel 3, and ends at Seoul Station Bus Transfer Center. The operator is Gyeongnam Passenger (경남여객), under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s Metropolitan Transportation Commission semi-public operation system.
Samsung C&T Resort Division says the buses are 45-seat CNG models equipped with air purifiers and phone chargers. Seats are first-come, first-served — no reservations — so on weekends and peak-season days, you might be standing.
Why Now?
This route wasn't born out of Everland demand — it started with commuter complaints from the Yangji district. The only direct public transit from Yangji to Seoul was intercity bus No. 1329, which originates all the way out in Jincheon, Chungbuk and is often full by the time it reaches Yangji. The Metropolitan Transportation Commission greenlit the route in November 2025, and the number 4105 was confirmed in July 2026. The Everland stop is a byproduct, but the result is the first express bus from downtown Seoul straight to Everland.
Have the Everland pass ready before you board
You cannot reserve a seat on 4105, so the one thing you can control is the gate. A mobile day pass scans straight off your phone instead of queueing at the ticket booth on a peak day.

Where to Catch It in Seoul (and Where You'll Get Off Coming Back)
This is the single most important thing to know. Bus 4105 does not use the same stops in both directions. Many Seoul-segment stops are one-way only, so you won’t get off where you got on.

Route Tips
- Staying in Myeongdong: Outbound, board at Namdaemun Market·Shinsegae (10-minute walk). Inbound, get off at Myeongdong·Lotte Young Plaza.
- Staying in Itaewon: Outbound at National Finance Management Service, inbound at Haebangchon. Fewer transfers than the Gangnam-based 5002.
- KTX/Airport Railroad connection: Seoul Station Transfer Center is the starting point, so you can step off a KTX, SRT, AREX, or GTX-A and board directly. A morning train up from the provinces followed by a straight shot to Everland is suddenly a real option.
- First bus: from Yangji toward Seoul Station at 05:40. The first departure from Seoul Station toward Everland, and last buses in both directions, still need confirmation once the timetable is published.
Where Does It Drop You at Everland? (The Trickiest Part)
Samsung C&T Resort Division’s press release says “about 1 hour with no transfers, arriving at the Everland bus loading zone.” But the pre-launch licensed stop list shows the Everland stop as Jeondae·Everland Station (the Yongin Everline stop) — and the Everland route bus terminal is not listed as a stop at all.
What to Verify After Launch
- Open the GBIS (Gyeonggi Bus Information System) app or Naver Map, search 4105, and check the actual drop-off stop name with your own eyes.
- If the stop is Jeondae·Everland Station, budget an extra 10–15 minutes for the free shuttle wait.
- Snap a photo of the stop number when you get off so you know whether the return bus picks up from the same platform (center lane or opposite side).

The gap 4105 fills is downtown north of the Han River. The four existing routes all leave from Gangnam, the southeast corridor, or the southern belt — meaning anyone staying near Seoul Station, Myeongdong, or Itaewon had to subway down to Gangnam first and transfer.

Fare & Payment
- Gyeonggi express seated bus adult card fare is in the 3,200-won range as of 2026. Route 4105 is long-distance, so confirm the actual fare before boarding.
- T-money and cash both accepted, with metropolitan integrated transfer discounts — you'll get a discount when transferring from the subway.
- Seoul Climate Card does not apply to Gyeonggi express buses. Whether K-Pass reimbursement applies needs separate confirmation.
Round-trip shuttle and admission in one booking
The five express routes cover Seoul Station, Gangnam, Jamsil and the southern belt. Staying anywhere else, a shuttle-plus-ticket combo is usually cheaper than buying the two separately.

How Much Faster Is Driving Now?
It’s not just the bus that’s improved. Last year’s opening of the Sejong–Pocheon Expressway Guri–Anseong section has sharpened access from eastern Seoul. Samsung C&T Resort Division says you can reach Everland from Seoul Gangdong-Godeok IC in 35 minutes — about 25 minutes quicker than before. That figure is likely based on zero-traffic conditions, though; weekend mornings southbound will tell a different story.
From other parts of the metro area, you have buses 66 and 66-4 (via Suwon Station/Yongin City Hall), 670 (via Suji-gu Office), and 8862/8839 from Incheon. Travelers coming from outside the capital region can also book a tour-company coach.
Caribbean Bay Too
Caribbean Bay sits on the same resort grounds as Everland, so bus 4105 access is identical. One tip: during summer peak season, Caribbean Bay is quietest right after opening — so it's worth checking the first departure time from Seoul Station.
